2019/2020 first year students during University Library orientation forum led by Ms. Ndukuh Charles Kilei, Deputy University Librarian, Kibabii University. Students were introduced to Library staff, functions, services and procedures. Students were also enlighted on:
- Opening hours of the Library
- Use of Opac
- Borrowing books
- Library rules
- E-resources
- Institution Repository among others
